Relating to products and services supplied by BMore Natural (www.bmore.net) and Moon Dreams Gallery (www.moondreamsgallery.co.uk).
Products and services are provided for your purchase in good faith and with no guarantees of effectiveness. It is the responsibility of the individual to check the validity and suitability for their own use.
BMore Natural and Moon Dreams Gallery accept no responsibility whatsoever for the misuse or misinterpretation of information provided nor any outcome from any suggested product, remedy or treatment.
BMore Natural strongly advise you to check with your GP or Health Professional if you are in any doubt as to whether a product, remedy or treatment is suitable for you.
We aim to dispatch all product orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. BMore Natural can accept no responsibility for delays due to postal strikes or other incidents once the item has been dispatched.
All items will all be sent by Royal Mail. If a product is sent by recorded delivery and a signature has been received on delivery at the address provided to us we accept no liability it that delivery has not subsequently been received (ie if the parcel has been taken in by a neighbour and not been passed on). If you do not wish for the item to be left at an alternative address, please ensure Royal Mail are aware of this. If you wish for your item to be delivered to an alternative address please ensure we are aware of this at the time of placing your order.
We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions provided on the website are accurate and up to date however we reserve the right to amend pricing, descriptions and availability of items without prior notice. We will however do our utmost to honour any orders placed to the best of our ability. If this is not possible due to stock shortages we will offer a replacement or refund of that particular item.
