Practitioner Credentials
Natalie made the decision to train in Massage following 2 redundancies from corporate roles in central London.
After qualifying in Anatomy and Physiology with Body Massage in 2002 she continued to work in London part time whilst starting to build up a client base, then after being made redundant for a third time decided the time was right to work as a full time practitioner!
Natalie has worked for several years alongside McTimoney Chiropractor Janet Adams and now works from Janet’s clinic, the Ananda Clinic in Tonbridge, Kent.
She is also a dabbling artist (Moon Dreams Gallery) and spends her spare time growing vegetables and trying to restore some sort of order to the garden!
She has undertaken the following training, much of which is an ongoing learning process to refine and develop her skills whilst striving to achieve a thorough knowledge and understanding of her craft:
2001 – 2002 Canterbury School of Natural Therapies (CSNT)
CSNT and International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology with Body Massage
2002 – 2003 London School of Sports Massage (LSSM)
LSSM and BTEC Diplomas in Sports Massage
2003 – 2004 The Academy of On-Site Massage (AOSM) & Well Mother London
AOSM Diploma in On-Site Seated Acupressure Massage
Well Mother APNT Diploma in Massage in Pregnancy
2005 onwards – short courses in Hopi Ear Candling and Natural Organic Facials with Hands on Training, Kent, and Reiki with a local Mind Body Spirit Counsellor and Reiki Master
2009 (Feb – Nov) The NO HANDS® Massage Company
A year long training programme in NO HANDS Massage gaining Diplomas to Advanced Plus level.
2010 – 2011 (Nov & Feb) The Dorn Method UK
Trained in the Dorn Method with Advanced level training completed in Feb 2011.
2011 (Oct) JING Institute of Advanced Massage
Visceral Manipulation of the Abdomen with Joanna Crill, Chartered Physiotherapist.
2011 Evening CPD seminars with CPD Gateway
Spinal Evaluation, Minimally Invasive Spinal Pain Management & Lower Limb Soft Tissue Injuries.
Natalie is a member of Independent Professional Therapists International (IPTI), The Dorn Method Therapists Association (DMTA) and the NO HANDS Massage Association (NHMA).
