The NO HANDS Workplace Massage Treatment (from £10 per session)
On-Site Workplace Massage is a seated, fully clothed treatment that works along pressure points of the back, shoulders, arms, neck and head. It works to release stress points on the upper body where tension commonly manifests and is a relaxing and balancing treatment that can help minimise the risk of Repetitive Strain Injuries and bring relief from chronic conditions.
The treatment includes NO HANDS Massage and a sequence known as the Kata, a technique that has been used in Japan for over 1500 years. Sessions take place through the clothing, seated in an ergonomically designed chair.
As no oils or lotions are used and the removal of clothing is not required, this energy boosting form of bodywork can be done pretty much anywhere at any time and is suitable for most people, most of the time.
A relaxing yet invigorating treatment can be received in as little as 15 minutes, with longer treatments taking up to 30 minutes. With prices from £10 per 15 minute session/£40 per hour this is an affordable way to show your employees that you care about their wellbeing.
